Since September 2012, Access Solution Industry Association (previously known as Access & Scaffold Industry Association), in short a.k.a. ASIA has been appointed by Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as one of their Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC) to provide training and subsequent skills assessments under the Multi-Skilling Scheme to upgrade workers as “Higher Skilled” worker where they can offer greater flexibility in deployment on site and help to enhance productivity by reducing productivity downtime.

Courses provided by ASIA under the Multi-Skilling Scheme are :

1. Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) in Metal Scaffold Erection ~ Tubular Scaffold
2. Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) in Metal Scaffold Erection ~ System Scaffold
3. Continuing Education and Training (CET) in other Construction-Related Trades
