How It Started
Access Solution Industry Association or ASIA (previously known as “Access & Scaffold Industry Association”) was formed in 2005 with a commitment for professional excellence and safety performance in Singapore’s access industry.
The society’s key thrusts are to enhance work practices, improve industry standards and promote safety. These values can only be driven by those whose hearts and hands are in the trade.
The alliance was built upon a group of companies, suppliers, training providers, professional engineers, safety personnel and individuals with an eager interest in the access trade.
On a national level, ASIA held a firm stake in Work-At-Height (WAH) safety committee, Work-At-Height task force, Code of Practice and Singapore Standard (SS) work groups.
What We Do
ASIA is the spearhead of education, system formation, safety, training and development of Work-At-Height (WAH) solutions in the industry.
From regulating the industry to organising seminars and events, ASIA has made unrelenting efforts to engage stakeholders in a meaningful way.
One of the largest events for the year will be the Work At Height Conference which was inaugurated in 2012. Most delegates who attended the event agreed that it was one of the most exciting conferences in the region!
As the event organiser, ASIA clearly demonstrates the capabilities of a leader in all WAH matters.

Our association is lean and precisely so, we want to ensure that members are well taken care of. We firmly believe a modest "A-B-C" approach in membership retention.
Access solution is a hands-on business. We actively engage with government agencies in setting and promoting safety, standards and best practices for the access industry.
We attend to our members from a “head-to-toe” wellness. ASIA will invest in research and technology to keep up with the times. Furthermore we offer a smart saving scheme.
We regularly connect with members through quarterly e-newsletters and events. Every year, ASIA organises conferences, seminars, exhibitions, general meetings and social events.
